Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning that nurtures curiosity, language, numeracy, creativity, and social–emotional growth
  • Maintain an exemplary standard of care, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding at all times
  • Differentiate activities for varied abilities; observe, document, and report progress with professionalism
  • Prepare high‑quality learning materials and purposeful weekly plans; integrate movement, music, art, and early STEM concepts
  • Build strong partnerships with families; communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Collaborate with colleagues; participate in continual professional development and uphold all centre policies

Open Roles and Requirements

1. Lead Preschool Teacher

  • Qualifications: B.Ed. (Nursery/Primary) + Montessori/NTT/ECCE (mandatory)
  • Experience: 3–5 years in high‑quality preschool settings
  • Skills: Excellent English communication; confident classroom leadership; evidence of impact on child outcomes
  • Desirable: First Aid; comfort with basic EdTech/record‑keeping

2. Associate Preschool Teacher

  • Qualifications: Any Degree + Montessori/NTT/ECCE (mandatory)
  • Experience: 0–2 years (internships/assistant roles welcome)
  • Skills: Fluent English; strong child engagement; organised and reliable; growth mindset
  • Desirable: First Aid; portfolio of activities/learning aids

Work Details

  • Full-time; Monday–Saturday (half-day Sat as applicable)

Location Preference

  • Candidates residing in or around Avadi/Kovilpathagai are preferred; others are welcome to apply if commuting is manageable.
